Check In & Check Out Times

Standard check in time is strictly between 3:00pm and 7:00pm. Check out time is anytime before 10:00am on your check out day.

Damages

You will be held financially responsible for any damages to the property or it’s contents that occur during your stay.

Repairs

As power outages and equipment failures do occur at times; e.g. heat, electricity, plumbing and wi-fi, no refund will be given upon failure of any equipment. EVERY effort will be made to make repairs as soon as possible to provide for your comfort. Please notify me as soon as you discover any item that needs attention.
